LC 2515 C1 AJ Punch/Fiber Laser Combination

The LC 2515 C1 AJ is engineered for high-speed productivity — combining the forces of a 22-ton turret punch press with the flexibility of a 2kW fiber laser. To maximize punching productivity in conjunction with laser cutting, the C1 AJ features a 49-station MPT (Multi-Purpose Turret). In addition to ensuring maximum speed, the highly efficient fiber laser uses approximately a third of the electricity when compared to a CO2 system.

EML NT Punch/CO2 Laser Combination

The next generation of punch/laser technology, the EML-NT, combines the high punching speed and forming flexibility of the innovative Electric Motor (EM) turret punch press with the unlimited shape cutting capabilities of a laser. This results in a machine that requires minimum setups and affords extremely quick turnarounds, making it ideal for the high production of short-run sheet metal parts, particularly those that incorporate forming or have many holes.

LC-C1 NT Punch/CO2 Laser Combination

The LC-C1 NT, has been engineered from the ground-up based upon extensive feedback received from a wide range of worldwide customers. The goal of the C1 is to provide manufacturers working with materials up to 1/4” thick with seamless process integration of laser and punching operations, to increase productivity while reducing costs. In addition, the C1 reflects Amada’s ongoing commitment to engineer machines that are friendly to the environment through reduced energy and petroleum product consumption. The innovative features of the C1 not only provide a fast track from print-to-product, but also will help eliminate many costly secondary operations, which frees-up shop labor for more value-added tasks.
