ALFAS Series

The ALFAS Series is a fully integrated automation system designed to optimize progressive stamping operations. By synchronizing the coil handling, feeding and press control the ALFAS maximizes productivity while reducing manual intervention. Its modular design allows for flexible system configurations tailored to specific production requirements. This system combines a high-rigidity stamping servo press, a double-crank mechanism, a high-speed NC roll feeder and an up-looped straightener that makes it ideal for a variety of industries including high-quality EV component processing.

Key Features:

High-Speed Performance & Feeding:

• High-speed, high-precision feeding: Features a high-speed NC roll feeder with a backlash-prevention coupling mechanism to allow servo motor accuracy to be transmitted directly to the feed roll. This paired with the servo press's high-speed pendulum motion results in highly stable processing.

User-Friendly Control:

• Integrated control system: Unites the operation controls of the stamping press and roll feeder which greatly improves operability.
• 3-mode operation displays: These three displays have been designed for efficiency in order to allow operators to access all necessary information for setting, setup and operation modes quickly and easily.

Space Optimization:

• Space-saving design: An up-looped straightener configuration (placed diagonally) optimizes the loop between the uncoiler and the feeder which saves approximately 40% of floor space compared to conventional down-looped designs.

Energy Efficiency:

• ECO-friendly operation: Our servo-drive systems are ECO-certified products that contribute to environmental impact reduction through sharp reductions in power consumption, decreased lubricating oil usage and significantly reduced stamping noise compared to conventional mechanical presses of the same class.
