Data Flow with the AMNC-PC Control

Amada's Bend CAD/CAM software, in conjunction with the networking capabilities of the AMNC-PC control, greatly enhances machine productivity. Programs and setup data for the press brake can be generated off-line in the programming office and saved to a server. The brake operator then retrieves all necessary data from the server using a bar scanner. The brake operator no longer needs to determine tooling, tool location or bending sequence. This frees the machine up to produce more parts.
