AMNC-IT Value Proposition

The AMNC-IT system supports input code types such as .GCD, .LCD, .NC and .SY2, and is compatible with AP100US, AmNEST and Dr. ABE_Blank.

Schedule output from the Amada Job Wizard, IntelliNEST and SheetWizard nesting modules can be automatically stored into SDDJ or to a file, so it can be used by the AMNC-IT. In addition, AMNC-IT supports .LI1 schedule files from AmNEST as well as schedule files from Dr.ABE_Blank (SDD-J).

The AMNC-IT system comes complete with a G-code simulator editor, which allows the operator to simulate and edit the G-code program. The software also includes an Animation window that shows the current job/sheet running on the line as well as jobs pending in the schedule.

AMNC-IT Features

• Material Management - The software can detect a short age of material before starting the schedule. Choosing Auto Select allows the program to automatically select a shelf with material.
• Schedule Editor - The AMNC-IT system comes complete with a G-code simulator editor, which allows the operator to simulate and edit the G-code program.
• Email Notification for system alarms - If a work stoppage or alarm occurs, the system automatically sends an email notification to the end-user.
• Sheet Recovery - Allows the operator to rerun a program to recover the sheet if there’s an alarm on the line.
• Dwell Elimination between jobs - There is no time delay to queue the next job in the schedule sequence while a job is already being processed. The next sheet will be loaded without waiting for the previous job to finish.
• Tower and Multiple Carts support - A second choice shelf for material and product can be used for larger quantity jobs.
• Multiple Laser Machines support - Supports up to four laser machines in a single AMS system.
• PR/TK/PSR Parts Remover support - AMNC-IT is required when a PR/TK/PSR parts remover is attached to the AMS.
• Pause or Terminate Schedule - AMNC-IT has the ability to pause the schedule before starting specific jobs. It is also able to terminate the schedule when a predefined job or sheet is complete.
• Additional Computer - No additional computer maybe required to run AMNC-IT, as it is installed to the AMS control computer along the AMS HMI.
• Supports various types of Automation Systems - The AMNC-IT system supports punching, combination and laser automation systems.
