The CS II 300 from AMADA is a powerful, compact storage system that centralizes your raw material and part inventory while minimizing manual handling. Designed for integration with punch, laser, and bending cells, the modular CS II 300 supports automated pallet management using a stacker crane— letting your production run with minimal interruptions. Whether you’re aiming to boost throughput, enable 24/7 production, or scale your cell-by-cell automation, CS II 300 delivers flexibility and efficiency.
STACKER CRANE AND RAIL The stacker crane automatically transfers the pallets between the storage and stations or production cells. The stacker crane features a weight control unit that can automatically count the number of sheets present on a pallet by cross-referencing the measured weight with the material data registered in the software. The weight control unit is a time-saving feature that eliminates the need for manual calculation and the risk of human error. The weight control unit is especially useful for easy inventory management by simplifying the task of keeping track of stock differences.
INPUT/OUTPUT STATION The input-output station of the CSII is the single point of access for loading new material into the system, as well as removing parts for the next production step or emptying the skeleton trays after the night shift. The I/O station is designed with efficiency and usability in mind and features automatic positioning of the sheet stack when loading new material onto a CS pallet—ensuring perfect alignment every time, while significantly reducing the time spent compared to manual positioning.
OUTPUT STATION Optional One or several output stations can be added to the CS system to add flexibility or streamline the production flow. The output station provides simple access point for unloading parts. If the station is equipped with the optional pin table, this enables the user to remove base plates with micro-jointed material or scrap so that these can be processed at a designated area.
