The ASR 3015N from AMADA is a smart, space-efficient automation solution that provides reliable sheet storage, loading, and unloading for punch or punch/laser combination machines. With its vertical tower design and rear side access, it optimizes your shop floor, reduces manual handling, and boosts productivity—all without requiring a large investment. Available in multiple shelf configurations, ASR 3015N scales to your shop’s needs, letting you store more material overhead while freeing up the front of your machine for manual or JIT operations.

• Flexible, high-density storage system available in 6-, 8-, or 10-shelf models.
• More economical than fully integrated FMS cells, while still providing automated load/unload functionality and reduced manual material handling.
• Rear side material flow allows unloading at the back of the blanking machine, keeping the front side open for manual, just-in-time (JIT) feeding.
• Handles large raw material sheets, up to ~1.525 m x 3.050 m (5' x 10') weighing up to 2000 kg (4,400 lbs.) per pallet in the ASRN version.
• Material Thickness Range: Sheet thickness from ~0.4 mm to ~6 mm (depending on machine type—e.g., punch, combo).
• Designed to interface with AMADA punch or combination machines for seamless sheet handling.
• Loading/unloading operations are handled in defined safety zones so that material handling does not interfere with machine operations.
