Quattro Pipe Index Standard Features

The Quattro Laser 1,000W (2,000W option) Processing Machine is a completely new design combining the latest developments in machine, Computer Numerical Control and laser resonator technologies.

  • Compact Design - Flying optics laser with integrated structure (Oscillator, power supply, computer numerical control and processing table).
     
  • 1000 watt laser source can cut up to 0.250” carbon steel and up to 0.500” carbon steel with optional 2000 watt laser.

  • Lower running cost and maintenance cost - Standard nozzle: 1.5mm/dia. (consumption of assist gas is 50% of standard 2mm nozzle). Electric power consumption 39kVA.

  • Easy to operate - Flying optics with cantilever: access from Front or either side. Simple operation panel.

  • High performance / cost ratio - Simple Design (one piece construction of frame and table) processes most commonly used materials.
