Manual Unload Part

This option allows the user to manually unload a part or parts. Click the icon and then move into the work area to pick a part.

Auto Place Final Hit/Cut

Click to place a final hit or cut. The user must first specify the Final Hit or Final Cut in Sheet mode (Sheet View) before using this function.

After a Final Cut/Hit has been placed, the Delete Final Cut button will become active.

When using Straight Edge Common Cutting with a combo machine, the user may click a part to place a final cut.

Click for more Place Final Hit or Cut info.

Edit Arm, Final Cut

Select this option and then click a part on the sheet to display the part remover arm directly over the sheet to specify the location for the arm and the status for the suction cups directly in the work area.

When the arm appears over the sheet, double-click a part to zoom in.

The arm may be placed at any possible angle. Just place the cursor between the arms, left-click and drag to rotate.

When unloading parts to the stacking table, the PR arm treats similar parts, gridded parts and parts in kits or groups as one part.

Open the PR-C1 settings window, in order to set other parameters for the arms.

View Unload Sequence

Select View Unload Sequence from the submenu while Sheet mode (Sheet View) is active to check the unloading sequence.

See View Part Unloading for more info.

Delete Unload Sequence

Choose this option to delete the unload sequence for a single part. This will remove the part selected from the unloading sequence, not removing it to the stacking table.

Click the option and then left-click a part on the sheet.

See Delete Unload Sequence for more info.

Delete Final Cut

This option is used to remove the final cut from the part.

Click for more Delete Final Hit/Cut info.

The Reposition option allows the user to shift the position of the sheet.

Note: This option is only used with combo machines, or lasers (such as the Amada Pulsar) that use moving clamps.

Click for more Reposition Sheet info.
